Actually what happened to me too. I farm Anjanath so hard thinking next one surely it will drop and it just doesn't. I empathize with her. With a ~9.63% chance per slay and a ~11.45% on capture (assumes 1 dropped mat, a head break and a tail break), not getting it in over 20 runs (her 21 is the number she actually did since she read it wrong, but I can get how it feels like 40 runs) is really sad. On the other hand, I think Kushala's gem was only used on the set's pants which means you literally don't use it unless you wanna be immortal. But well at least it's worth 100 value for talismans.
