Yes it does happen, it happened to me. I met what was to become my wife 8 years ago when I was 65 and she was 44. She had her own business, a car and 2 old style teak houses in Krabi, while I had a 4 bedroom house in UK and a half share in a 3 bedroom villa in Phuket. We got married in a hotel on the beach in Patong and as both her parents were deceased, I did not have to pay Sin Sod, as a Yorkshireman I did appreciate that! She had a degree from Bangkok University and never had a proper boyfriend because soon as she told them 'no sex before marriage' they legged it, most of her male friends are gay, so I called her a 'fag hag', which took some explaining. The bad news is that I have been stranded here since convid, pottering around in our 2 rai garden, and have not had to spend any of my own money. Life can be terrible.😂

I can tell you this, I know a knockout Thai woman, she runs a nail and massage joint who charges me a very minimal price for a full service massage and never asks for a nickel more. She doesnt want a relationship with anyone and says she doesnt have sex with any of her customers. She is totally into it and always happy to see me, gets better every time and every time its through the roof. She is what I always thought a Polynesian woman would look like (like Hawaiin), very light skinned and could be half European. In retrospect to all this I dont think I could ask for a better relationship (if thats what you call it), I think she just gave up on the relationship part and all the baggage that comes with it and I really couldnt agree more. All I care about is that she is there every once in a while and she always is. This woman is nothing like any massage or gogo type girl in Thailand and if she was she would make millions, but she chooses not to. This was the second woman I had been with in Thailand so if there are more like her out there its worth it. The first one wanted "long time" as in marriage in a very short time (probably the most dangerous kind).
