Aurai - Meridian EP [New Dawn Collective]

Thematically and musically, "Meridian" represents a middle point, the conceptual threshold midway through a journey where one more step means finding yourself for the first time closer to the endpoint than the outset. As the calm determination of the rosy dawn matures toward midday, everything has to be seen clearly in the direct light of the zenith. Both aspirations and doubts become more pronounced, true colors on full display. So does the "Daybreak" move to the "Meridian."

Future garage is undoubtedly my favourite music to listen to in Winter. There is something special about the stillness and tranquility of the nature slowing down, easing into the long quiet nights followed by a shiny bright days.
