- I had a bunch of these Pringles boxes laying around.... So what can I made of these??
Well I just gave it a try and made a Acoustic Amplfier of it...
Hope you injoy the video.
Well you could hear it play before... but then I got problems with the music.... The was a clame on it. Even if it was just 20 seconds. So i had to change it. But only could change it in the youtube manager. Sorry that you can hear it but it really works.
But I can tell That it really works!!!!

Nice. Reminds me of those elementary school projects shop teachers had us doing. And there is always that one kid in the class who could get it done while you could only make what comedian Brian Regan described as "cup of dirt". lol. Good job.

would take me less time to empty the can.....lol..... but that is a great idea....
You can also put some sort of dampener (such as, a piece of cloth) on the metal side to get rid of any unwanted noise

Goasler the music I had to show you all how it would sound. Had copyright on it. So I needed to change it. But read the description.

Is there a list of the steps?
I know it looks simple, but what is the dust you glued on it at 5:15? Is it wook filler?
Also, at 5:45, are you sanding it?
What is the black thing you put in at 6:05? Is it just normal black paint?

The dust is sawdust together with the glue it will fill up the gaps.
I used agrylic black paint, you can find in the craft shops

Great project. why did you not show a sample of what it sounds like?
There was a sample how it sounds like only the music was copyrighted... so i needed to change it. I will make a small video how it sound with music.

The only improvment for me would be to take larger tongue depressors and use them glue to the edge of the stand so you dont see those plywood lines.
Well you are free to do that.. I liked the natural plywood.
