If anyone is having problem with the skin showing just pink in-game - I have tried to edit and export the skin via Photoshop CS6 and it fixed the issue for me. Thanks for the tutorial !
I can't see where everyone finds this so easy to follow, you seem to go all over the place, changing your mind but not explaining what your doing or clicking on, totally baffled me and put me off trying to learn to skin
I just tested both the uploaded.net and sharemod links and they were both working - but would say the sharemod one is quicker once you get past all the spam links

Hi there is there any way of doing a double trailer version as I made the single trailer for the VTC I'm with but noticed it doesn't have a double trailer one could you help me as I seem to can't find a template for double's as my VTC would like to have them but can't yet as I'm trying to find the website that does the double and triple trailers for both ETS and ATS

A great tutorial if you can get it working and up and running. But mod studio has other ideas. Follow Red to the 't' until you get to the mod studio part, then it becomes an ass. It refuses to render. It won't save as your image isn't the correct size. It won't export and it won't let you save. I tried this several times and there is no explanation for why it does this!

The first thing I would check is that your finished graphic finished the same size as the original template - this seems to be the most often cause of issues as some gfx programs resize the final image

Yeah just colour the trailer skin to what you want and then add text instead of graphics - you may have to try a few time to get it all the right way but it will be worth it in the end

Any ideas, please? edit: never mind, i don't know how i fixed it but I flatenned the image first before saving it in photoshop and then when creating the mod using ets2 studio, I made sure to tick the paint job option as well as the trailer option when choosing what my mod actually is. side plates will be the base colour if trailer once you choose the painted option in the parts, and i think the chassis is always black

I wanted a to make a skin for a Superlink (B-double) trailer. The skins for that trailer should link to both front and back trailer.

no - you would need to make multiple skins but you can add them all in via the mod manager

If I remember right, as its a while since i have made any mods, i used to do the graphic and then use the base colour chosen in game
