Greetings from assam INDIA brother ❤ I have 2 months left for my physical test of 1600mtr in 6.30min I'm confused between downshifter 13 and winflo 10.. in which one i should invest my hard earned money ? I want great bounce back when my foot strikes in surface and need great energy return to push me forward and complete my run within 6.30min. please reply brother 🥺🥺🥺
Hi, I have never tried the Downshifter 13 myself. However, the Winflo 10 is a great shoe well worth the money. As far as "bounce" goes I don't think either will be the most responsive shoe you can buy but to get towards something that really "creates energy return" you'd have to spend at least double. I don't think any one shoe will drastically improve your chances of a 6:30 1600m. It really does come down to training! It sounds like you're putting a lot of thought and effort into this so I'm sure with 2 months you can achieve your goal! I would focus on buying a shoe that you find comfortable and I can assure you the Winflo 10 is very comfortable! I wish you the best of luck!
No, I think they feel quite different. Especially the uppers. I can’t give you a good answer sorry as I haven’t tried enough of the current Nike range to know which is the closest comparison. I think the cushion and response feel fairly similar however the upper is very different.
Could you review the new Adidas supernova 3 shoes? I'm confused between winflo 10 vs supernova 3. They are both available for sale @ around $65 here in India.
I can certainly take a look! Will take a little while as I’ll need to get a good chunk of miles on them to get a good feel for them! I’ll keep you updated
