  • Eating ancestrally and historically is popular amongst both mainstream nutritionists and in fad diets - from the Mediterranean diet to the Paleo Diet. The most recent scientific research indicates that the Nordic diet provides one of the best regimes for getting and, importantly, staying at a healthy weight. I am in need of an improvement in my health, the majority of my ancestors ate in the Nordic way, and a diet that is grounded in historic ethnography is perfect for this channel! Join me in exploring the idea of eating like a Viking.
