The genesis of this idea stemmed from my current read, 'Quo Vadis.' The book vividly portrays the Great Fire in Rome and the poignant quest of Marcus Vinicius for Ligiya amidst the chaos. Captivated by the book's immersive narrative, I felt inspired to recreate the intense ambiance and emotions of that historical moment in a video. The vivid descriptions and emotional depth in the story motivated me to explore and share this impactful event through a visual and auditory experience.

Haunting and dream-like almost as if in a vision being glimpsed by the Oracle of Delphi.

The first thought I had when I saw this was how much I wish I had this when I was reading "Quo Vadis". Wonderful work, absolutely love it ❤

I like seeing the Roman soldier sitting
on the hill looking at the aftermath of a
    battle burning buildings and probably
a lot of carnage left behind with the very beautiful music playing with it and
how the sky looks like it is on fire and
the music just makes everything so
magical and mysterious but I really
like both the images and most of all
the beautiful exciting folk music being performed and Thank You very much
    for your great videos.⚔️🛡️🛡️⚔️

Thank you for such a thoughtful comment, Roger! I'm glad you found the visuals captivating, especially the imagery of the Roman soldier amidst the aftermath. The juxtaposition of the scene with the music was intentional to evoke a sense of both tragedy and beauty. It's wonderful to hear that the music resonated with you-it truly adds a unique layer to the ambiance. Your appreciation and support mean a lot to me. Thank you for enjoying the videos!

      Centurion sat on yonder hill
      What ills assail your brow?
“The sun shall rise; the razed rebuild
But friends I knew shan’t once more sound.”
Millennia passed brought naught but bombs and bills
New ways to kill, and pills. O age of doubt
Shall our sun rise? Shall razed lain still rebuild?
Yet this I know: once more my friends shall sound.
