My insomnia is the worst its been, I have to keep a grounding object near me to make sure I'm not in a lucid dreaming state. There was a night where I thought I was doing laundry and stumbled upon some of my old TAKAHIROMIYASHITA 2014 Pants that I had torn apart from a night of drinking alone. Strange how some people seek such items of clothing for a long period of time , saving money, constantly searching . . only to finally purchase and wear on a grey moon. Do we add more to our wardrobe to wear or to fill up a space of desire in our mind? A concept I still cant answer till this day. Some packages of mine got lost last month from my frivolous spending at 4am because I've been coping with the lost of two relationships at the same time, I figured I would never get the packages. I got them and have only worn them twice. Guilt of purchasing things that I will only wear a couple times has overshadowed my joy of fashion, there's no soul in the clothes I wear anymore ( as if I had immaculate taste in the first place LMFAO ). Ideally I'd love to make memories wearing the clothes that I love, to experience more in this lifetime. Isn't the whole point of buying what we like, is to like actually use it? Why are we so afraid of using something that we saved up money to buy? I was wondering the other night, " is it because this has a sense of rarity or because it's just old and delicate? " Sure . . somethings should not be worn to the ground like a suit or traditional garments. But my Ann D. cardigan from 2009 is too delicate for me to wear to go outside? ridiculous. Archive / designer / or whatever should be worn whenever and however, we are not museums that need to preserve these items. Like who the hell is going to buy this cardigan that NO ONE CARES ABOUT in 5 years? I mean maybe some people will care about resale value or whatever ( oh no I have 2 holes in it because I decided to wear it on a night out ), but that mindset has only become available in recent times. Its gotten to the point where my tote bag has a small tarp for me to sit on benches or the ground because I can't fathom having a little dirt get on my pants. Whatever, I should just wear my expensive stuff instead of buying " oh well this is cheap and idc about it " aint no one going to care im wearing these old RAF jeans or if theyre beat to shit. Make more memories in the clothes you love to wear, stop wasting money on cheap shit because its fine to get this dirty of damaged. I checked my grounding object, it looks like a different color for some reason. Regardless Adam, whens the next time you're going to get mango lemonade with a straw?
