Unfortunately, it is also the worst air conditioner one can purchase. My Panasonic air conditioner lasted just for 3 months, and the thermostat failed. After 12 service visits, the company decided to replace the unit against a new one. The new replacement was installed in January 2022 and lasted again only 90 days and the thermostat failed again. The unit is useless, and I have constant overheating or undercooling problems. The remote control shows 16.5 Celsius and the room temperature is up to 26 degrees Celsius. Be careful before you purchase any Panasonic air conditioner. Find out first the complaints on the product review editions what you get. After two Panasonic air conditioners and no further service call done by Panasonic I can only laugh about the 5 years of guaranty and will now replace the Panasonic dut-unit with a Deakin system. I have learned my lesson. Never again a Panasonic air conditioner.

Total bullshit, I bought a Panasonic split A/C not one but three 18000BTU for may villa. Well it was just a big mistake and this jet stream you can hardly even feel it 1 meter away. I am dead serious it is total crap and thank god I still have my Pearl split A/C in the living room other wise I would been cooking in heat. This is my last time to touch the brand Panasonic :(
