I toured this lovely, Spanish style single story home within walking distance of the beach in Leucadia.
It sits on a large 9400 sf lot with mature landscaping and extra long driveway for several cars or motorhomes.
Couple feng shui issues I noticed:
1) Wood beams with low ceiling in the living room could feel oppressive and contribute to headaches. If the wood beams were painted same color as the ceiling, it essentially makes them “disappear” so that visually they are not fragmented.
2) Bed placement in primary would be better off if it was placed where the dresser is. The current placement on the wall by the entrance maybe disruptive to sleep. But an easy fix.
