What do you think about using Java Spring Boot for the back end?, it is not as easy to learn, but once you get it the development can be as fast as Django. Focusing on Stock control and e-commerce System, I have been learning Java and Spring Boot and I like them and I like Stock control. What about the financial control as well?
For something like this it's not about does it do the job well but also are people actively looking for a solution built on that and if not, can you get jobs/leads/clients who need it and whose systems will work with it.
