Yeah more energy regen is always welcome to get more ults out. In this case I would go for 2 piece Musk + 2 piece healing set if you feel that you are lacking in heals

E6 Luocha is my long term project. His team-wide buff at E6 is like a 30% dmg increase for everyone iirc, which is pretty insane for a healer lol
Yea, his E6 makes him a core in any comp
