Thank you so much for your fantastic support and encouragement Shelley! It is only a pleasure. I am just so glad you are enjoying these tutorials. Hugs and smiles returned from this side of the pond! 🤗🤗🤗💗🌸🦋🌷

You are so welcome Luann! So glad you have enjoyed it. I am blushing now. Thank you so much for watching and for your amazing kindness! Hugs and smiles 🌸🤗💗🦋
Angela, your envelopes are so so cute!!!! I love how they turned out with circle window and the beautiful butterfly showing through. Love the papers as well!!! I hope you and all your family are well and staying safe from crowds. GOD Bless and be safe my friend.
Thank you for your lovely comment MJ! I am so glad you are enjoying these. I am a paper addict I think. We are all very well thank you and luckily I am a home body even without the Lockdown, so not going out at all. It is too risky I feel too. I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Hugs, smiles and blessing lovely xoxo
I'm glad you're all well. Yes, I'm a home body too. Even as a teenager, I didn't really like going out to parties or big gatherings. I'm sort of shy and feel awkward. I do go out only to care for my elderly mother and the grocery store. This virus is too scary to risk it. GOD Bless you and your family.
I'v intended to make one like this. In the pocket I will put some herbs to make tea. I seal them myself. In the pocket at the side I'l print a recipe for the tea and a little poem. I love to give that away as nice surprice. Always to fill woth coffee or chocolate. 😀 Thank you for the beautoful idea. Love to watch your youtube channel. Keep on going, please. 😘
What fabulous ideas Karin! Sounds perfect. A wonderful gift! So glad you are enjoying my videos. I hope you find lots of inspiration here! Hugs and smiles 🌸💗🤗🦋🌷

I adore this one Angela and if I had to choose out of all your envelope makes this is probably my fave but don’t quote me as I really do love them all xx
Just Lovely Angela,Thanks For A Lovely Demo I Love The Papers, I Have Problems Printing Just Now, But When I Have It Sorted I Will Take A Look At Chapter One, Have A Lovely Weekend Hugs 🤗 Lynn 💖🌈
Thank you for sharing your Pinterest page. I always have loved your little butterflies. Of course I had to run and order these digitals and another one with strawberries. My sister loves red, white and blue and it will make a pretty book for her. Now but am off to download. Thanks for introducing me to chapter one. Your envelope is beautiful and you always inspire me to “play”. Have a nice day.
Only a pleasure Joanne! So glad you liked everything and I have offered you some inspiration. I am loving Chapter One papers as well! Go and enjoy your new purchases lovely! 🌸🤗💗🦋
You are so welcome Paddy! You are very kind to say so. Blushing now. Thrilled that you are going to give this a try too. I love this envelope. It is one of my altime favourites. Have fun. Hugs and smiles to you in New Zealand!! 🌸🤗🌷🦋
I love this Angela, the papers are so pretty (l love pink) will definitely be checking out the Etsy store. I think l will be making this one. Tfs hugs Susanna xx 😊❤🌷🦋
Awesome! I would love to see it Susanna! We are both pink fans. Mind you , Aqua is also right up there too. Enjoy making it. It was great fun. Hugs 🤗🌸💗🦋
Love!!!! Thank you soooooo much for sharing your ideas and talent. You are such a good instructor and make everything look easy. Funny story.....you were talking about your whale tail punch and I’ve been looking for that exact same punch for over a year. I went on EBay this morning and l was lucky enough to find one for $6.00 US. Amazing!!!!!
I am so glad I am not the only one who gets exciting about whale tale punches! Thrilled you are enjoying these tutorials and ideas Ellen. It makes it all worthwhile! Hugs and smiles 🌸🤗💗🦋
Loved it, i did not have any enveloppes but i decided to make faux ones by sticking 2 A4 sheets together and fold it in half for the main one and made one for the back with another piece of junk A4 paper and covered rhem with artymaze papers. Thanks for sharing, loving whises Aya
This is my favourite envelope of all. I hope you have a lot of fun creating one too. So glad you are enjoying these. Thank you so much for you generous compliments Michelle. You are just so kind. 🌸🤗🦋💗
Looks great! Another great idea! Love the paper from Chapter One on Esty! Just had to have it! Thanks for the tip where to find your pink butterflies ! I am sure you know how hard it is to find them! Thanks again for your new envelope!! I think all of them need their own journal!
I hope you have a lot of fun with this kit. It is the same kit I used for yesterday’s envelope, number 28! Thank you so much for your wonderful support and kindness 🌸🤗💗🦋🌷
Thank you ever so much for your very kind compliments! So glad you love the ideas. A very warm welcome to my channel! I hope you feel inspired. Hugs and smiles lovely 🤗🌸🦋💗
Another great tutorial! Thank you so much Angela for sharing. I always write down the French words that you use and google them to find out what the are in English. I plan to make some of your envelopes this weekend for happy mail. Enjoy your weekend!
So beautiful and I love all the colours, die cuts etc that you know how to put together so well. Can school administrations 100% guarantee that our children and teachers will be safe? If the answer is no, then I'm not sending my child back to school. Thank goodness it's not mandatory here. I've seen playgrounds filled with children playing football etc together from several different households. Alarming.
It truly is alarming! It isn’t mandatory here luckily either. A huge worry for us all. Thank you for the kind words Clara. You are so kind. Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋
Angela, I just finished this after it taking me HOURS... had to watch and rewatch parts of your video, how you double printed, how you cut your pieces, and where you sewed. Mine looks just like your's except I did my own cluster, and used a congrats stamp on the tag. for a friend who just passed some credentialing boards. I filled the back pocket with the postcard ephemera and the two smaller pieces.... holy cow. I know it could go faster the next time! I love the pleat I made on the back too-that was fun! Maybe I'll send you some pictures on IG tomorrow, when I take them in daylight!
You have really been very committed and focused. What a wonderful idea to make this for your friend. I am sure they will appreciate it so much. I love the postcard ephemera idea and the pleat on the back. Sounds amazing. I ill definitely look out for it tomorrow. Hugs and smile Jessica. You are amazing! 🌸🦋💗🤗
Absolutely beautiful Angela!! Love it!! I like your idea too of using these envelopes to make little booklets which would be great tucked into a side pocket of an envelope!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
TFS Angela, another beauty!!!! I'll have to start saving more Ronzoni pasta boxes with acetate, my waist line will surely grow. Lol. Hugs & Smiles 🤗😍🌹🌈🐝💝🦋💙🌻
You do make me smile Elizabeth. I am worse, I love cake, so more Coffee Walnut cake, results in more acetate windows, LOL. So glad you enjoyed this one lovely! Hugs and smiles 🤗🦋🌸💗😘🧁🍰🍝
What a beautiful project! It's a gorgeous use of envelopes. I plan to take your idea and make it into a graduation card! Thank you so much for your inspiration and creativity!
I hear you about the whale tail - I will never admit to anyone what I paid for mine when I finally found it on eBay. It has been worth every penny (I should say ‘dollar’)... every time I use it, I smile inside... who needs diamonds...?
I was giggling throughout your message! I knew only a crafter would understand that! My family are not interested in a thing I buy or make. Thank you so much for sharing that with me. As you say, who needs diamonds?! 😂🤣😘🤗🌸😉🦋
Angela! This is awesome! This has been a wonderful series and I imagine you'll come up with a few more envelope ideas. I had these papers on my favorites and I went and got them. Now to download and start using them, too! Great job! Thanks! 😊🌺💕🦋
Thank you so much For your lovely words dear Judy! I am sure I must come up with a few more at least. 😂 so glad you enjoyed it. Those papers are so pretty! Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋
Oh Angela I am in love with this!! I see another kit going on my list of" wants" lol. I am loving this series so much and appreciate all the time you give sharing with us!!! Hugs
Thank you ever so much Gina! I thought this kit might speak to you! 😉 It is very pretty! I love it too! So glad you are enjoying this series. Hugs and smiles my friend 🌸🤗💗🦋
This project is so beautiful! I won the bid my whale's tale punch on an Easter Sunday a few years ago. Someone had bid one penny higher than my highest automatic bid, but I got back to the auction a minute before it ended and added another penny and won!
I feel your pain Pat. I am terrible with buying kits. I would like to use this in a journal too, so I bought it. I don't have any other vices, except eating cake and chocolate, so I keep telling myself. At least when I buy the digitals, they are for life...well, until I see the next pretty one! 😱🌸💗😘
You are most welcome. Of course you can make it for your journal. Chapter one have stunning papers. You might get addicted like me! Enjoy creating these. Hugs xoxo
I think this one is my favorite so far, Angela! Just stunning! Love those Liberty fabrics! Kate from The Last Homely House East of the Sea did a video about Liberty fabrics and I fell in love with them then. TFS the inspiration and enjoy your holiday!
Yes, I have to agree Gail, my favourite too! Thank you so much for your wonderful encouragement and encouragement always! You truly are so very kind and generous!! Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋😘
Annnd another exciting envelope! Thoroughly enjoyed watching this, the colours, design and presentation are stunning. I should feel at home making this one as I’ve done so many acetate circles lately! I’m sure I shall go off piste somewhere though. 🤣🤣💕🦋🌈
I am laughing as I read your comment Jean. I am sure you won't go off piste somewhere. You are doing a fantastic job of these. I love seeing your posts on your stunning creations. I don't think your journal is going to be able to close! Big hug and smiles lovely! 🤗🦋🌸💗😘🧁
ooooohhhh!!! this one is really cute!! May be it's one of my favorite!!! But it,s hard to say ,i love everything you do!! I love that window with the butterfly! Love your tutorials!
A Very warm welcome Odette! So lovely to have you join my channel! I am thrilled you like this envelope and I hope you find lots of inspiration here too! Hugs and smiles 🌸🤗💗🦋
This is really beautiful!! I don’t understand how you can sew on the sewing machine without the glue gumming up your needle. Is there some trick? I’ve had trouble with that before. Thank you! 💕
Hello Donna! I have found that if I am going to sew and use glue, it is better to use a glue stick or not to glue right to the edge, where I want to stitch. I have never had a problem, but I think I have got a video on sewing on paper and the weekly care of my sewing machine. I think it was in my How to Make a Simple Journal Playlist. Best just to use an acetone pad to clean the needle if you sew through wet glue in my opinion and ensure you clean and maintain your sewing machine regularly. Hope that helps Lovely. Hugs xxx
This envelope is my favorite so far ... love, love, love it! So versatile and I love the ChapterOne paper you used, just gorgeous! And how wonderful to have no scraps left ... you're genius! I just ordered some of the Liberty London fabric, it is so pretty! Enjoy your Banking Holiday weekend! We here in the US are celebrating Memorial Day with a long weekend, too! Blessings!
Only a pleasure lovely! I am just thrilled you like it, thank you so much for your very kind compliments too! Ardella it is my favourite too. Enjoy your Memorial Day holiday too! Hugs and smiles! 🌸🤗🦋💗
I loved this. Made my own envelope as the size you used is not available. I used your butterflies from Etsy, but couldn't make them match up back to back, so I reinserted the cut out circle, but reversed it is that there is different paper backing on both sides. Is there a way to print out your butterflies backwards? Thanks
That is a great way to improvise when you don’t have the envelope size. You can also trim one you have, as well. There is a way to have a mirror image on your computer. I have a “flip” option on my tools tab, but I do have an Apple Mac. I am sure there must be something similar on a PC. So glad you have enjoyed this EE 15. It is one of my favourites! Hugs and smiles 💗🌸🌷🤗🐣
Oh my gosh, I love this! Looking through windows is all the rage with Wendy's creations too. I also just bought a whale's tail punch off of ebay, but I just paid for it, I didn't bother with another bidding war, which I lost by $.13! I was so mad.... now, to finish watching your video.... also subbed today too, even though I bought your papers from Antique Paperie previously.
A very warm welcome and thank you for subbing to my channel! Lovely to have you! So glad you got yourself a whale tail punch, I totally understand that! Thank you so much for your kind words Jessica! Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋
Awwwww, this is just lovely!!!, I haven’t made a specimen / window anything for a while , so might see where I can go , while using the techniques you e demonstrated with this beautiful creation!!!! Thankyou for sharing 😊❤️💖
Only a pleasure lovely! I am just thrilled you like it, thank you so much for your very kind compliments too! I am not related to Gi, as far as I know Aileen. 😊Hugs and smiles! 🌸🤗🦋💗
A huge warm welcome Tracy! So lovely to have your subscribe to my channel. Thrilled that you love this envelope. I hope you find some inspiration and maybe a few giggles too. Hugs and smiles lovely! 🌸🤗🦋💗
Thank you Bobbie. So glad you liked it. Yes, you can get that fabric from Etsy. It is called Liberty of London and the print is called Pink Capel. It is gorgeous! Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋
Oh Maggie, I should have glued the butterflies together, back to back and then I should have sandwiched them between the two sheets of acetate. I messed up on the one I filmed and only noticed now. So sorry for the confusion. Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸👍💕
Hi Angela. Do I understand correctly that one butterfly is on the outside of the acetate? And also Do you think that circle can also be made on a smaller machine?
Yes, you are right there. I did have the inside butterfly on the outside of the acetate. Alternatively, you could stick the two butterflies together and then sandwich them between the acetate. On the circle window, it would depend on the size of your machine, you might be able to fold the envelope in half along the seam and place something that will prevent the die from cutting through the bottom of the envelope. Perhaps a thin plastic sheet ? Just an idea. Alternatively, try drawing a circle shape and cutting a cross in the middle of the circle with a craft knife and then you can cut the shape out with your scissors. Last suggestion here, is use your due shape and run a rolling pin over it, put pressure on it. It does work. Hope that helps. Hugs and smiles 🌷💗💐🌸🤗
@@AngelaKerrDesigns welk Thank you for your answer. I have a metal shim... To be honest I haven't tried that machine at all. I still fear getting started. I know it's bad, but that also has to do with my energy. I watch someone else do it, especially on your videos 😂😂 Thank you Angela 💖🌼
@@Lucyverre I know it can be daunting. I was the same. But I told myself, that it is just paper and you can always try with plain copier paper, until you are feeling confident. 💗🌸🌷
Born in barberton, grew up in jhb then married lived on the bluff durban, husband murdered in 2002 came to vancouver canada married to canadian angel and am very happy. Where were tou from and where are you now? England?
I honestly cannot remember Kathy. Haha. I usually sandwich the butterfly between two sheets of acetate, before adding it to the window. Thank you for watching, It is one of my favourites. xxx

Oh Gilda, what a fabulous idea! That will be amazing! So glad you feel inspired. I would love to see how your card turns out. Hugs and smiles xoxo
Hermoso🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much!

Thank you so much dear Lori! Hugs and smiles lovely 🤗🌸💗🦋
This project is so beautiful! I won the bid my whale's tale punch on an Easter Sunday a few years ago. Someone had bid one penny higher than my highest automatic bid, but I got back to the auction a minute before it ended and added another penny and won!
That is just awesome BlaizC. I know how that feels. Only a crafter can understand that lovely! congratulations xoxo
It's beautiful Angela as always . Pretty kit no ,no ,no , lol I'm not going to look 😉 x
I feel your pain Pat. I am terrible with buying kits. I would like to use this in a journal too, so I bought it. I don't have any other vices, except eating cake and chocolate, so I keep telling myself. At least when I buy the digitals, they are for life...well, until I see the next pretty one! 😱🌸💗😘
@@AngelaKerrDesigns .. lol xxxx
So in love! I love that I can make this for my journals.
Thank you for introducing me to Chapter One too.

Love this envelop, but I love ALL of your envelops. What program do you use to mirror the butterflies 🦋 and other editing of graphics.
Hi Vicky. I just did that in Microsoft Word. Nothing fancy at all. Hugs and smiles 🌼🦋☺️🌷🌸💗
Hi! Where do you find all the great butterfly cutouts? Thank you!
Tabby, I got them from Pinterest and some of them are included in the various kits I have bought. I hope that helps. 😊🦋🌸
@@AngelaKerrDesigns Thanks Angela, I have a Mac too. Will look for the mirror image feature.
So glad you are inspired and you have enjoyed it Tina! Looking forward to seeing your gorgeous creations! Hugs and smiles lovely 🌸🤗💗🦋😘
Very beautiful work. Just found your channel enjoy watching your video.
Are you related to Gi Kerr
Only a pleasure lovely! I am just thrilled you like it, thank you so much for your very kind compliments too! I am not related to Gi, as far as I know Aileen. 😊Hugs and smiles! 🌸🤗🦋💗
New subbie - love what you have created :)
A huge warm welcome Tracy! So lovely to have your subscribe to my channel. Thrilled that you love this envelope. I hope you find some inspiration and maybe a few giggles too. Hugs and smiles lovely! 🌸🤗🦋💗
Beautiful! Do you use capel S or capel nude rose fabric?
Than you so much Christelle, I use Capel Pink Nude fabric. It is sooo pretty. xo
Where do you fine the fine tip for the glue?
I bought it as a syringe bottle from Amazon. If you look for syringe bottle, it should come up. They are very handy. Hugs and smiles 🌸🤗🦋
Another beautiful ep. What did you say that material is and can I get it on etsy?
Thank you Bobbie. So glad you liked it. Yes, you can get that fabric from Etsy. It is called Liberty of London and the print is called Pink Capel. It is gorgeous! Hugs and smiles 🤗🌸💗🦋
Could you use any size envelope for this
Yes, of course Emma. It would work with any size. Even two smaller ones joined together, for the back and the front. Hugs and smiles lovely xoxo
very sweet , love what you made , i have to ask , did you use 2 kits or just the 1 ???
Thank you so much Danine. I used the papers from the one and Journal cards from the Add on kit. Hope that helps 🌸🤗💗
Trying to understand here....... so one side of the butterfly is not under the acetate. Is that correct?
Ty. Very pretty. Hugs. Maggie ❤️🤗🇨🇦❤️
And also
Do you think that circle can also be made on a smaller machine?
I watch someone else do it, especially on your videos 😂😂
Thank you Angela 💖🌼
@@Lucyverre I know it can be daunting. I was the same. But I told myself, that it is just paper and you can always try with plain copier paper, until you are feeling confident. 💗🌸🌷
Hi angela, thats stunning, are you from south africa?
Thank you so much Daphne! Yes, I was born in SA. Are you from there? So glad you liked the video. Hugs and smiles 🌸🤗💗🦋
Born in barberton, grew up in jhb then married lived on the bluff durban, husband murdered in 2002 came to vancouver canada married to canadian angel and am very happy. Where were tou from and where are you now? England?
Did I miss something or is the inside butterfly not covered in acetate?
I honestly cannot remember Kathy. Haha. I usually sandwich the butterfly between two sheets of acetate, before adding it to the window. Thank you for watching, It is one of my favourites. xxx
The chapter one labels and stamps link doesn’t work, Angela.
Thank you so much for letting me know Elizabeth. I have just rectified that. You are a star! Hugs and smiles xoxo
Thank you so much Angela. You’re the star. They are now in my basket to buy. The papers are simply divine. I am so happy I found you on You Tube. I love your projects, so many to watch. 💓
Gorgeous
Thank you so very much!
