Please in third line of the blue colored how many stitch I have to start diduct nd what about each colore the deduct will be the same amount of the blue please I need your help

The base of the bag has 4 sides, each row adds 4 stitches for a total of 16 stitches.
Example
Rnd. 1 total stitch = 12 stitch
Rnd. 2 total st. = 28 st.
Rnd. 3 total st. = 44 st.
Rnd. 4 total st. = 60 st.
