Wow. Five weeks ago i hadn't watched a single episode of NCIS LA. Then i saw a Densi video that wasn't even half as good as this one. But that video led me to discover Densi. Watching this video reminded me why i love their storyline. Thank you for a awesome job!

Much more than a tear to me, it's marvellous and tender like ever. I've just watched Deeks and his partner on the couch while Kansie requests his partner to watch the film with her. It's so good the way he falls asleep after having endured a long sleeplessness and I've been that moved when "What happens then?" "It's a love story", he couldn't send out any tender feeling and I feel like I wanna cry again. I believe Kansie got this message right away, at least I hope it'll be a long and sweet story as I have to watch the full season and we're late in my country.

Hi, sorry for not responding any sooner. It took a really long time for me to edit videos like I do nowadays. But usually it goes like this: - I watch the episodes. Usually one by one. (Don’t stress about it. But it will take some time.) - I put them into my cutting program (I use Sony Vegas, but you can also use Davinci Resolve or any other program) - I cut whenever a scene of Densi or the Team starts and ends / or when someone talks about them or says something that might be important - Then I mark that scene with a marker or tracer (like: “Team Scene”, “sad”, “kiss”, “fight” or whatever) - I do that for a whole season and put all the episodes in one project file (in the end I have a file for Densi season3, Densi season 4, …. And Team NCIS LA season 1, …..) - After that I sort by the markers, so that I have a bunch of scenes where they kiss or fight right next to each other (the same thing with all the Team-scenes) - Then, whenever I need certain scenes, I go into these season-files an go to the marker I need - If you really want to cut like me, then you need to cut these scenes after all that again. (This step took me a while. You can even see it in my early videos that I just took the whole scenes and didn’t cut much.) I basically look for important sentences - these scenes I leave be. (I cut them once I have them in a song.) Scenes where nothing important is said, I cut like this: As soon as the camera angle changes, I cut. As soon as the mouth starts opening, I cut. When it closes again, I cut again. That sometimes leaves me with only seconds of material. But sometimes it’s rewarding. After all that you will have scenes where they look at each other or stare or just walk beside each other. Many times you can put those scenes into slow-motion and they’ll seem even more intense. Most people will just skip over these scenes, but I actually really enjoy those. Most times you can even use the start of that scenes, put a few other scenes in between, and still use the rest of the first scene. - After all that. I listen to a lot of music. And sometimes it just clicks. Once you’ve rummaged through all the episodes and seasons, you will know certain scenes by heart. Not all of them. I don’t either. But you will know which scene you want at a certain time. You will know what feeling you want to show in other places and just look for similar scenes. After that you can just fill the song as you like, put overlays and transitions over it and done. There you have a video. - To be honest, I always want to put in ALL the scenes I cut beforehand. Because they all seem worthy. That’s why some of my videos seem so full. And others end like this 15 minute one. ^^ Nowadays I try to focus on a certain theme per song or part of the song. Doesn’t always work, but it’s still fun. And that’s the most important thing. Sorry for the long answer. But maybe it helps a little. ^^
