These won't work if your device can't auto-sync with network date and time guys. It's actually your wifi which is causing this( may be due to ip overload or your isp accidentally blocked some of the ports which the device gets the server time ).
The easiest way is call your isp and tell the problem to get fixed. If not, change using different wifi.
If you don't trust me try to host hotspot from your mobile and connect it from tv box, time will be auto synced.

I followed the first procedure but when l switch off the tv time and date is not automatic so tv can't connect to wifi

Had and still have the same problem. Reset won't help. I've read something about the hardware clock (emmc) on the board needs to be replaced. Manually setting the date temporarily fixes the problem but the issue comes back when you unplug the tv from the power source.

I found a solution to this mess.
When you get wrong time and date, hotspot your Android TV directly from your phone using your mobile data. This will automatically update time and date.
The source of the problem could be your Home Wi-Fi Router.
Unfortunately, you will have to repeat this process every time you encounter the problem.

Reset your router. It will be fixed permanently. Possible the router has a crowded mac address.

That does reset of course but it will still go wrong again. I think when the internet cuts out for some reason. Very frustrating. I need to reset my TV every few weeks, sometimes if we have been away and unplugged, sometimes for no apparent reason. It's very frustrating.
