Aditya Builders is fraud. They haven't given the possession of Urban Royale, Tower-L,J. Urban royale ka paise se City Grace bana raha hai builder.
Please don't invest your hard-earned money in any of the new projects (under construction) in Aditya World City, it's a scam. This project won't be ready for possession in at-least next 5 years...

Why you have not replied to my comment. "Completing a project" and "completing a project within promised time" are two different things.
I request to everyone to NOT consider any Under Construction property by Aditya Builders, if looking for immediate and personal use. It's better to buy in resale, if you want to stay in Aditya World City.

There are Number of time we have restrictions by Govt due to pollution and Builder work as per RERA Guidelines and as per the provision of extension

Sb pagal bnate h... Ab aapko ye aese dikhaege... Fir jb aap flat loge.. tb sb kahenge... Bt qki wo sirf verbal h.. baad me sb third grade hoga... Be it bathroom accessories, AC, ya fir interior sb.. aur bolenge ki wo rate b uska hum high kr rahe the.. aapko lgega ki achhe price me itna mil raha h.. ek baar check kr lena jo keh rahe h wo on paper b hai kya... Have been fooled by this kind of things and got cheap quality interior and sanitary fittings at time of the flat delivery
