What a master craftsman! And a pleasant and humble human also. Would love to meet him. Generation before instagram and tiktok: no posing, educational and to the point. National treasure. Thank you for posting.

@@mikeboone4425 The next episode will show how Bob makes his leather sheaths. I've got some final captioning to finish up on that one. Episode 7 will be some quick leather care tips, and episode 8 will be more about Bob Dozier himself, showing his man cave and some of the more interesting things he collects. That will end this particular series. Though we have also done some interviews with him (with better Mics and sound), talking about the early days of knife making, and the early days of Morseth knives. I'm not sure when that one will be out.

Hi there, I just came across an incredible axe made by your company the other day here in Japan. It's extremely thin with a blade that looks like an axe but hangs down more than a conventional axe. Would love to find out more information about it. The handle isn't made of wood.
Unfortunately I damaged it today cutting down some trees at my holiday place in the mountains. Used it to chop down a massive hardwood cherry tree but in thinking maybe this thing is for butchering meat 🤷
