Mission 2 of Metal Slug 5 will always be my favorite. There's this song & Zoom Down playing in it, the introduction of the Ptolemaic Slugs, & my favorite boss fight.
Bitoy Skii Eh, I think they're both fairly uninspiring. Metal Slug 5 may have had a fantastic soundtrack, but in terms of level design, colour palette and general aesthetic I found it to be the most dismal entry in the series.
(Actually, no; Metal Slug 7 would have to be the most dismal entry: it's like they weren't even trying anymore. MS5 at least felt like something fresh and new, even if it does lack the imagination of the previous entries and was rushed for release.)

Sure, you might see little UFOs flying by in the background but you couldn't fight them. Even if it's rushed, I think they did a good job on making MS5.
