Could be wrong but I think your case was opened and re sealed by someone. At 1:49 on your video the white label has the numbers missing where it was ripped off when original tape was removed. Other side the label is intact.
It’s a hit or miss with those cases because I ordered a double taped box with the same sticker (9595) and it had the chase
Nice, at least the second box I bought had a chase.
They claim a few damaged cases then they have Plenty of cars to open & restock the other box’s And no one is the wiser

In a case of premium hotwheels there is supposed to be 2 complete set
That Exotic Envy set is a dud. Won't be picking it up. Not one car excites me. The chase is hot though but I never find chases lol
