Jamison reminds me of my little one, always so spaced out in his world. Actually my son is also on the spectrum didn't speak a word until the age of 4 even then it was all little words here and there. Now at close to the age of 7 he can string along short complete sentences. Super proud of my little munchkin. I'm sure Jamison is on the right track with the amazing family behind him!

I’m so proud of you, Angel! Weight loss is tough especially in such a short time with such high stakes… steaks? I have my own health journey. I have a fancy wedding in October that I want to lose weight and be healthy for. It’s in New York and I live in Oregon 😮 We could be weight loss BUDDIES!!! 🎉 Cheer each other on!!! 😊 My plan starts small, baby steps, a few cheat days. 🤩 It’ll be awesome 😎

Go you, Angel. Feeling healthy and well is a journey and can be ridiculously hard, especially when your body finds a weight it identifies as its standard (it can be hard to gain OR lose from this). I hope you don't get yourself down, because in my opinion the most important thing is that you tried to be active the last few weeks, and that matters more than any number.
P.S. i know prime is good, but please drink some water. 😄

angel, you look thinner from before so good job. instead of using a scale you should use a flexible measuring tape because it shows if you’ve lost inches around your body. whereas the scale can’t tell if you’re gaining muscle and losing fat, measuring will tell you your body fat percentage. keep up the good work y’all 😁
