Just an old guy who enjoys cruising and really enjoys watching a young fellow like Chris vlog about cruising. A fine young man who has it together and has the intelligence and poise to go a long way in whatever career path he chooses. He also has it together, it appears in the company he keeps. It’s crazy to think they get no days off for 6 months. I can barely get through 40 hour work week without begging for a day off. And they work 12 hours a day. It’s crazy to think how that is even allowed

Its normal on cruise ships
I work on board one and u meet some amazing crews who later leave and could be quite painful 😆. He'd be fine. On my first contract, my close friend left 5 months into the contract & i was quite sad.
I came back for my 2nd contract last month & realised she'd moved to Guest Services while i'm still in F&B. As we speak, she's currently in Nigeria on vacation and im doing just fine on board 😆

It is amazing how fast these sailing contracts seem to fly by. I would hate to have to do what you do every eight months or so and then re-apply for another voyager
