I must've seen this a thousand times by now. This is probably my favorite on this channel. It has everything you wish for and more. You give her enough space to play (and shine) herself, she's very patient trying to teach you where middle C is, and the way how she handles the joke and you actually see her start falling in love with this arrangement is just mind blowing. If literally every video on this channel would be like this that would be amazing!
