It's a very similar artstyle, but it's much more detailed and it loses some of the stylistic choices that arcane has. It's a really cool middle-ground between the arcane artstyle and a more photorealistic style. Fortiche is cooking once again!

The one complain I have is did not help clarify where Arcane fits on the timeline ... Young Darius, and the way Vlad and LaBlanc are talking this seems to be pre invasion of Ionia, but Katarina fighting Black Rose would that is after Swains Coup ....
@@TheGamingLodge Thats what I assume, but either way it does not clear up when on the timeline happened. Even the Vladimir LaBlanc conversation, I think they are referencing the Invasion of Ionia, but could be something else. And that scene, so again we are still not sure when Arcane happened.
@@Ower8xvlad and Leblanc convo is directly referring to the events of arcane, so the Mel scenes + vlad and Leblanc scenes appear to be post arcane, young Darius is pre/during freljoord invasion and the Katarina scenes are some time after swains rise to power
@@blvcksabath2529 yeah thats what I am hoping is the case. and they are not retconning Kats lore. As Darius seems to have already have some changes. As his existing lore implies that his first Campaing into the Freljord was during the last 2 years of Darkwills reign from which he returned a year after Swains coup ... but we will have to see what is what, all we know its a younger Darius not how young and when exactly its happening. Katerina would be 7+ years after Swains coup if they dont change her lore, as 2 years ago she got a Comics (mageseeker prequel) where she gets her teleportation daggers, and the comics states specifically its 7 years after the coup ... happening as the Mage Rebellion breaks out in Demacia.

Maybe the events of the cinematic aren't all happening at the same time? Maybe its just to highlight some iconic moments throughout the story?
