Kamiya Hiroshi voices Akashi Seijurou too... this is a dream :3
He also voices Levi Ackerman (Shingeki no Kyojin), Mephisto (Ao no Exorcist), Koyomi Araragi (Monogatari series) and Yato (Noragami).There is also a radio show he and Ono Daisuke (Shizuo Heiwajima) do together called Dear Girl Stories. Okay, let me get this straight. This is sung by Hiroshi Kamiya, and this is also what made Hibiya. Renai Circulation and Fukkireta were not sung by Hiroshi Kamiya, but were instead sung by Limone-sensei, a Nico Nico singer, and there's also another Nico Nico singer called Panyo who sang Spice. Yes?

So this is what made up Hibiya...so how'd Psyche and some others i saw get made?
All of them are named and made after songs. First were Psyche and Delic, which were named after Durarara OST album- Psychedelic Dreams. Others are named after their specific character songs.
@radixex Izaya's Voice Actor didn't sing this song. A Nico Nico Douga singer named Limone-Sensei covered it. He sounds a lot like Kamiya Hiroshi thought! :3

The original song y from a band called Unicorn, my favorite japanese band, and singed by the legend himself, Okuda Tamio.
Acually this cover song is a half tone down, because the seiyuu can't really sing in the original tone, wich is not very high actually.
Here you have a Live version of the Unicorn Reunion concert on 2009. Is a really sad and heartbreaking song with a happy melody.
