I love the CrochetbyGenna axolotl and the Wai Crochet axolotls. For Genna's tho, I do it more upright like the one you had, instead of laying down, and just adjust where I put the fins and the face

Love your videos! I am getting inspired to do some mini Kirbys for my first con in a week. For Axolotls I do the CrochetByGenna one. I love it and it whips up in 45 minutes.

For axolotls similar to what you made, I have been using Luna Crochet Craft in sweet snuggles lite. They work up super quick, too.
