@@ezrathewolf3726 well considering your outline allot of the trauma would not be there considering that the other version of shotos dad is a nice guy shoto would not have his scar because rei would not be mentally and physical scared from endeavors “demands” and the only ones in the family who would have trauma is booth shoto and and dabi so let’s just say that dabi would be a former student of endeavor after he’s moved out of the family because he’s the oldest in that time endeavor treats him like shit because his quirk isn’t perfect to be an all might “surpasser” (I dunno how to spell that) and then after multiple years Enji will se how beautiful the todoroki family is one day after shoto is born let’s just say enji and todorokis new dad are like friends from collage or something and he invited them there out of the kindness of their heart then after the whole birth thing happens todorokis father talks about his oldest kid touya and how he moved out a few years ago to find someone to train him to be a great hero. Then after that enji’s whole world stops and he immediately realizes that OH SHIT WAIT A MINUTE Toya, fire quirk oh no. He then hopes that Toya is ok because he has no idea how to find him. Flash forward to when shoto awakens his quirk and his father encourages him to become a hero this leads to him seeking out endeavor and through the connections of his dad he finds him and enji seeing this goes “ ok I fucked up on their last kid so let me not with this one” so he trains todoroki and since todoroki actually wants to become a hero through passion and not because his dad forced him to he will be way stronger than the original and dabi will be slightly weaker since he doesent have a family connection to endeavor he just hates for judging his quirk the same foreshadowing happens in cannon as before “dabis dance” then skip directly to “dabis dance” the instant second he realizes “oh shit I-I made a villain” then after the first war arc the todoroki family confronts him in the hospital and….they talk for hours and hours on end with enji in tears realizing that he messed up a family all because of his selfish desires and insecurities about being better than all might. After this he and shoto will be on ok terms and enji and todoroki’s new dad will be on thin ice (pun intended) he is that much of a good guy to see that endeavor didint mean to create a villain but he still destroyed his family so it’s not like he gets a pass. Then skip to the final war arc where the whole clash with dabi and todoroki happens this time since dabi is slightly weaker and shoto is stronger the whole ice vs fire thing happens and dabi loses on the first time not even all his skin is burned off and he is taken to the hospital and is actually ok and after the final war arc endeavor anouces to the world that “dabi was a monster I created and I will take responsibility for his actions because I was the reason why he is like that” and then in his final actions as a hero he takes dabis prison time and asks aizawa to get eri to rewind dabi to a point where he can be ok again. So endeavor retires and goes to jail, eri rewinds dabi so he can actually move and be a human(but we are keeping the burns and staples because their cool) and the last shot we get of them is when dabi gets discharged from the hospital as a free man and the first person to see him is his mom and the last shot we get of them his rei giving Toya not dabi a massive hug as blood runs down his eyes because his tear-ducts are still burnt and then he slowly hugs back realizing that “ my experiences don’t define me it’s what I learned from them that does”. And that’s how I would write it I know it’s stupid but hey you asked me and give you my take on it so here it is

Being able to come up with your own alternate/hypothetical version of the story is impressive in itself. Let alone being able to convey your thoughts into writing. Not everyone is capable of that, unfortunately. Especially with the younger generation.. So kudos to you!

Enji lost his arm, his career, soon Toya, and his other son Natsuo has severed him off completely. The man has paid for his sin ten times over.

just because you atoned for your own sin means everything will be back to normal, nor it means he can't be forgiven when he did everything he can do to atone for it.
He basically reaps what he sow for being an asshole he once formerly was. Now it is up to him on how will he continue despite the losses, he can still go back and be an asshole again or just a sad lonely man
You don’t pay for sins, sometimes the things you do are permanent and leave permanent scars. His atonement is still for him.
He’s stolen his children’s childhoods, and one of their future’s, his wife’s body, sanity, and years of her life, and stunted the growth of his youngest, and warped both his youngest and oldest. You don’t really ever get redeemed from that, you can only really atone for it, and thankfully that’s what he’s doing. But it can’t ever fix the damage he did, only ease the burdens he’s left on the people he was supposed to love.
With this chapter he confirms that Dabi is dying and has no time left, and it also did not end in a happy ending, the family disintegrates. It remains to be seen what happens with Spinner, toga, and hawks is the president
Hopefully one day Shoto can rebuild things. Enji is a lost cause, but Fuyumi and Natsuo are still good. I just hope Natsuo doesn't make the same mistake and create another Tenko.

I honestly completely forgot that Toya was dying. I only remembered when I watched MHA last night. Dr. Garaki was talking about how they let Toya escape because he was dying. They didn’t expect him to live past a month after his 3 year coma. It was hatred that’s kept him alive.

Poor Shoto. Losing a brother, the other getting narried and going away, sister getting work out if town and 2 parents who are not in the best shape. It's gonna take years to heal.
Hopefully we see some closure in the future, distance isn't always a good thing if you're not willing to heal.
His mom is able to stand in the same room as his father without breaking down and remains by his father's side after all of the children have left. Its a sign that his family has started healing and Enji's speeches to his children show that he intends to devote the rest of his life to helping his family heal. And Shoto's recurring character trait is getting his family members to see what connects them and prompting them to start healing.
It's almost nice because it's actually real.. real humans are gonna see themselves in shoto. Not everyone has happy endings and just had to learn to live with it

I like how there was no true happy ending for the family.
Endeavor might have had a change of heart, but it was way too late to fix all the damage that he built up over the years.

To answer your question about who's Visiting Spinner....I'm throwing a curveball here and say it's Shoji, those two have been on the opposite ends of treatment the Mutant discrimination. Shoji having near fatal scars during his childhood, Spinner forced into being a recluse until the Stain sensation.

I mean it wasn’t till Best Wishes (Black and White saga) that they openly acknowledged Ash’s age since the beginning

And again in the following Saga in X and Y with his sudden shared past with Serena
Mind you One Piece was pretty crazy with if memory serves they confirmed that the whole of the first arcs before the timeskip was only a couple of months
Because somewhere around post separation to the timeskip Robin or someone mentions she’s only been with the crew a few months before the timeskip
One thing I didn’t like about the Manga the characters became op within one year. Instead on gradually spreading it out between the three years they had .
I’m happy to say that I’m pretty satisfied with the finale here. Toya isn’t dead yet and had his first real brotherly interaction with Shoto, and while I don’t think Enji’s overall arc was very good, Horikoshi at least managed to end it on a high note where he has a plan to atone for the future. While I wish we got more from the other family members like Rei, Fuyumi, and especially between Natsu and Toya(wish they had more closure), I’m happy that Hori did right by Natsu and had him not forgive Enji and leave. Also, I’m happy Spinner will get potential closure too.

Truly, when I read that, my heart skipped the beat and I felt the pain...
Ppl being unable to forgive Endeavor blows my mind, but then I remember he’s not just a young, conventionally attractive guy who committed a bit of murder and had fans sighing over him.
Endeavor abused his family, realized it, made steps to atone and repent without seeking his own forgiveness from the people he hurt, is striving to always do better, and yet, people still hate him.
Yeah. The damage has been done to his family, but just because you’re still hurting doesn’t mean the person who hurt you can’t become a better person.
Endeavor literally expects nothing from his kids in return. Natsuo doesn’t want anything to do with him as he starts his new family and endeavor UNDERSTANDS and is OKAY with that! Yall cut him some slack smh.

There are literally people saying Dabi redeemed because of one apology
@@joshuaagee-bass4049 Fr, I don’t get how people read that and took that as any sort of “redemption”. It takes a lot more than that to redeem yourself, especially if you’re someone like Dabi. I feel like some people who read MHA lack some reading comprehension. I remember some people were bashing Deku because he called AFO “A lonely man!” And they took that as Deku trying to sympathize with AFO. When really he’s just talking trash to AFO in his final moments.
Of anything I think it just shows that Toya feels some sort of regret for his actions towards Shoto, since that was the first time they actually had a brotherly interaction/connection and the fact that from Toya’s perspective, Shoto didn’t really wrong him in anyway. He just hated him at first cause he was viewed as the perfect masterpiece of a son who got all the attention from Endeavor. So I think him apologizing to Shoto was a sign of regret for what he did to his little brother, but it’s far from “redemption”.

I’m sad we are only 4 chapters from the manga being over. I want to see so much more from these characters. They have been such a huge part of not only my adult life but the life of my kids. We need to see class 1A out on the streets fighting crime as pros!

Y’know, while I can’t say Endeavor properly atoned, at this point, there’s not much more he can do when it comes to accepting responsibility. As long as he watches over Touya from now on, that’s gonna have to do. Happy to see Touya and Shoto finally talking somewhat normally. I’d say something like, “these aren’t the best of circumstances,” but like, with this family, I can’t say I’m surprised. It’s the hellish Todoroki family after all. 😅
Honestly Endeavors story is the best thing to come out of this series in my opinion. Tbh it was really brave to even to attempt to write a character like endeavor and pull it off. I like that it’s never going to be a moment where it’s like he’s atoned bc I don’t think you can ever truly atone for what he did but he just moves forward and keep trying and I like that. I got way into this lol

In the end the family did not end like in the dream or a happy ending, and no one can deny and it is a fact that Hori let Dabi unleash his ice quirk to survive being even worse, but with a short time of his life and saying goodbye to all.
In the end he continues with his hatred, Natzuo hates him, he doesn't want to see him, he will go away, Fuyumi makes her life.
The funny thing is seeing the assistants alive, that's criminal.
Pretty sure the mystery guy with the straight jacket and has his mouth covered is Deku's dad, I recall he had a fire breath quirk which on it's surface is a pretty benign power. That is UNLESS his quirk is similar to the X-man named Chamber and his flames completely envelop his lower face (which was covered).

I saw a lot of people hating on Natsu for not wanting to see his father ever again but can you blame him ? His father cause so much suffering for thier family as someone who also despises my father i vibe with him wanting to walk away and never see him again
In my opinion, Natsuo is fully justified in not wanting to see Enji again but I think he was still being a bit of an asshole about it. Like 'Hey I want to start a family with my gf but you'll never get to see it, lol' is just rubbing salt in the wound. Also, speaking for his gf without her having a say? What if she wanted to meet Enji? Or, assuming they do start a family, letting Enji meet his grandchildren? The decision won't belong solely to him.

How this show started and how it is ending is kind of tough pill to swallow. It like a kid growing into a an adult and looking back and realizing that it wasnt what you believed it was during that whole time, but that its still meaningful in a whole other sense of the word. That the meaning was there for you to grab at, it could be anything but now the meaning has changed and is what you manage to keep without deluding yourself. Sry for rambling.

Here’s my theory on Deku’s father. So you know how future Deku is the one narrating this story of how he became the greatest hero right?
Well, what if he’s telling this story to Hisashi Midoryia, his father to give him the run down of what has happened in the past year.
Especially since his father would clearly want some answers like how did my son get connected to All Might, how did he maifest such a powerful quirk unrelated to his parents, how did he end up in a prestigious school like U.A, how is he constantly severely injuring himself, how is connected and fighting the greatest villain in history?
Plus with the state Japan was in, he’d definitely would want to go back home to see his family. So Deku’s telling this story to his father to help fill him in on all the events that’s happened since he’s been absent. Which would be a dope twist of an ending and would keep Horokoshi’s promise of seeing his father by the end of the series.
I’m bummed out that my hero academia is coming to an end. This channel was the first I found talking about MHA. Can’t wait to see what’s next though. 🎉🎉
I'm guessing Shoji is the one that visits Spinner. And as for Dabi, and though im a fan of the guy; im holding on to a thread that he might live - but even realistically speaking. He's not making it, nor seeing the pearly gates. 😢😢
And I just remembered the reasons.
Recovery Girl. Her Quirk works if the patient's vitality is functioning, but Toya is literally knocking at deaths door.
Eri. Her horn is gone. And we're not clear if her Quirk is gone since her powers was a energy storing type. So yeah, no chance.
Are there other quirks that revives people other than overhaul and rewind.
I think that its harsh for toya to die after his sad back story i personally think that toya should have been given a chance to live longer especially after he started loving shoto

They don't have the doctor nomu is in jail, overhauld impossible, eri worse (you would be working worse as an overhauld), there is currently no one to help dabi.

They have the nomu doctor, they may be able to at least allow Toya to live by using nomu technology, potentially even giving him a healing quirk. He'll likely be hospital bound for the rest of his life though
the doctor himself stated that Dabi was close to death too. the only thing that kept him alive was his hatred for Enji.

I think the characters being horribly mutilated and scarred is a pretty good way to show the consequences of battle. It doesn't always have to be egregious amounts of dying.
I feel like the last chapter is gonna be some sort of time skip showing everyone in the future, their houses, etc. and Toya is gonna die during that time skip, and it’s gonna show a picture of Toya in Shoto’s house or something, idk

The thing about abusers is that most of them don’t change. They refuse to do so because they don’t care about doing the right thing or are incapable of acknowledging their own mistakes. But Endeavor is different
After becoming Number 1 through a technicality, much to his initial frustration, he came to realize that he did a bunch of terrible things to his own family. And the fact that he wished to atone for them proves that he does care about doing the right thing. It may have been at a VERY late time, but it’s better never happening at all.
My point is that if you grew up with an (sort-of-unintentional) abusive parent, you’d be very lucky to have one who is capable of change and actually cares about you.

I’m surprised Dabi even survived. But what I can imagine is, in the future, Eri can use her Quirk to help people like Bakugo, Deku and even Endeavor. But now I’m curious if Toga lives since everyone else seems to be.
I didn’t expect them to lock Nagant back up, but I’m happy she is alive too. Maybe Spinner deserves a better future too.

Horikoshi really fumbled this one.. it felt rushed , the fight with afo was unsatisfying it dint really show why he was a huge threat in the first place, the fight only took place mentally for the most part till the end and now Deku will be working as a salary man for the rest of his life

No it isnt? He isnt even cutting him out of his life. He just doesnt want him to meet his love bec of his past trauma. His brother "died" because of him AND he abused his other brother and took their mom away from him. Sure endeavor atoned already but if natsuo still doesnt want to trust him fully you can really blame him
I agree, it's more understandable why he would want to keep distance for awhile since the childhood trauma and everything that has happened in the year, but never again is just childish retribution taking a stab at a man that has become crippled, maimed, burned, and disgraced, who has genuinely atoned and will continue to atone for everything for the rest of his life. Look at the two people who actually received all forms of the abuse from him. I don't see Shoto or his mom leaving and cutting ties with Endeavor. I digress, i believe after emotions settle down and everything slowly starts healing Natsuo will somewhere in the far future will change his mind and try to at least build some connection with his father again.

Shoto is a hero who pledged himself to fix the family and his mom feels equal amount of guilt for how things turned out. Natsuo on the other hand seems to only see the trauma that his father pushed on the rest of the family and while he even says in the chapter that Endeavor's done enough he just can't get over that, which I think is valid
Natsu character is all about hating Endeavor , there is no seen without him talking about Endeavor
Right now, I can understand not fully forgiving him. All this development happened within the space of 1 year. So the scars are going to be there. But maybe in the future, however long Enji has, he'll open up more
I like the idea that that guy is Deku's father since his mouth seems to be covered which goes nicely with the fact he has a fire-breathing quirk

How so?
Enji has paid for his sins, but the path of redemption doesnt end there. If he continues not as an active hero, but going to schools, showing the price of his hubris and pride and telling kids "this path isnt for everyone, and im one of the lucky survivors." He could be considered a hero again.
Gentle Criminal and LaBrava should be considered provisional sidekicks forever part of hero society, picked by a new agency, the reformed villians, watched over and paired with heroes as their sidekicks.
If anakin was redeemed i think endevor can be forgiven a bit

Look how they act towards Endaver, the sons wanted nothing to do with him. It was only the daughter who was trying to keep them together. If it wasn't for the war and what happened, I don't know what would have happened.

If it wasn't for his own actions towards Dabi, pushing him to be the best, and then taking it away when Dabi didn't seem to be the best as Endeavor wanted, things wouldn't have happened this way. In my books, whilst what Endeavor did was to start fixing things, all he was doing was fixing the problems that HE created in the first place. I fully understand why Natsuo didn't want anything from his father, he lost his oldest brother thanks to the past actions of his father and treating them like tools to become the next great hero seeing how the father couldn't do it himself. Endeavor wouldn't allow them to have a normal childhood, just tools to be used.

@@liamlane1165 yes, some things are very hard to forgive, but if someone has wronged you but (truly) changed and is doing everything they can to atone for wronging you, forgiving them is the right thing. Not forgiving can eat you up inside. I hope all of Endeavor's children will eventually forgive him

I understand why people don't accept Endeavors apology or his redemption. But the way I see it, it's not us who needs to accept it but the characters he has hurt. AKA his family. Be upset, be mad, be whatever you feel about the whole situation.
I'm technically in a similar situation with Endeavor and his family. Except my Father had punched me. Minus the quirk's, the situation was pretty much the same, more or less. Almost a mirror image with a few different details. I haven't fully forgiven my Father but have accepted he's trying. Though he's not trying as hard as Endeavor. At least in my eyes anyways. But I do recognize he's trying in a way. I don't hate Endeavor, I don't know if I hate my Father or not. But even though they're two different people, I accept the effort they're putting in.
