    I just bought my first industrial lot its small but I'm building a 3000 2 unit and should have enough lot left to build a 20 x 80.

    What I think doesn't really matter, but.. we should really care less in tryna get everybody and their grandmother to ride the same wave whenever something we feel is "cool" or just simply lucrative. All it ever does is saturate things, merely rendering it useless at a certain point and because there's an outweigh of folks basically screwing it up given to their lack of knowledge and passion for whatever it may be. I mean.. it's not even a debatable topic because it's been shown time and time again. Ironically, multifamily went through this exact thing that I'm speaking on. What works for you, isn't supposed to work for everybody. They're PLENTY of people that are making big money in multi-family and actually LOVE multi-family. And it's simply because it's working for THEM.
