I like the simplicity but you should leave a gap between the bottom of the phone and the wood so the speaker isn't covered.

I looked at your video and came up with a way to make it better. Make one chamber tuned to say 100 hz for the bass frequencies and then one tuned to say 120 hz for the vocal range this would give you a 3db increase at each tuning point. Another idea would be to build a mini subwoofer speaker with something like a pam amplifier which is small in size.

How do You know what chamber size is best for 100 hz for bass freq, how do You tune it? Is it about volume of the chamber?

Es buena la idea pero, solo hiciste un Megáfono casero de madera. No es como si fuera aumentar completamente el sonido. Pero hasta ahora ¡Es mucho mejor que el tubo de pvc!
