Of course it is Black rook hold. Got lucky after timing a +25 key and got a +26 Black rook hold :) Spoiler alert. Did not time a +27 after this. Got throne of the tide and failed miserably. But we gaming still, 3.2k score and got tons of score to catch next tyrranical week.

Im using the haste rune. For me it enables me to have just a tiny bit more haste then crit. And that ensures that my mirror trinket procs with haste.
If u are low on crit tho i think crit rune might be better though
