Back when battle passes had a theme now epic is like" let's get this popular character and make him tier 100 and put random trash skins that have nothing to do with the season or tier 100 skin in the pass and for sure people will buy it."
I know right chapter 3 didn't have 1 single tier 100 original skin and for the very bad skins it's a long list but I say this one skin. It's so bad it's the worst battle pass skin of all time it's called bytes
Epic had some boring characters in the beginning that I don't see people using. However they had more interesting contrails back then. We'll never see toys and pets again. I wish they brought those back and gave us new contrails and gliders for the newer versions of characters like the Peelys. I'm sorry to have missed out on everything. I kick myself now for not playing the game when a friend told me about it the day it released. And when I did get into it 3 years later, I didn't know about the battle pass and rarely played between Ch 2 seasons 3 and 6. At least I have some of the free stuff from those seasons.
I asked epic about battle pass items getting sold or returning and their response was “currently not planning on bringing them back” and not “will not come back” which means there’s a chance it might come back just a matter of time

Fun fact: i had the same idea until i remembered season x(chapter 1). The theme of this season was time travel. We got some old POI's back like dusty depot. But i still hope that the day will come, where the og map will be brought back and maybe new battle passes.
looking back at the OG pass, we had a ton of stuff including cool emotes, nice sprays, great loading screens, progressive skins you can customise later. best emote so far now is springy from midas

Nah that would ruin all the old battle pass skins like it would be nice but in reality that's just gonna put the game in a worse state. Instead they can improve their passes by not just putting some famous guy as tier 100 and make the rest of the pass garbage and instead try to go for a proper theme for the entire pass and and make skins around that theme. Tbh I didn’t get a battle pass until season x, but they should at least give the chance to let everyone complete the old battle passes, and for those who didn’t get it, let them get all the free stuff

Nah that would ruin all the old battle pass skins like it would be nice but in reality that's just gonna put the game in a worse state. Instead they can improve their passes by not just putting some famous guy as tier 100 and make the rest of the pass garbage and instead try to go for a proper theme for the entire pass and and make skins around that theme. Then ik for a fact people would but the battle pass more if the made it a theme pass just like chapter 1 season 4 were they made up their own super heroes.
