Give people platforms to exercise their gifts to avoid conflicts *don't have a lust of positions in churchesp *compete on church position *have noise over positions There is a big thing that we have been given above having church positions. Every single member of the church must be activated. To equipp saints its a lot of job, with the intention to provoke certain dimension. Leaders take positions to equip saints.
