And we also love the meaning of shepherding the flock like leading in the right direction in all things. We get compliments all the time about his name and I just love it so much. We also had Elias and Zion on our list as well.❤️

Killian is used here in Germany too, but I’ve only ever seen it spelled with one L, Kilian. It’s pronounced Keehleeahn with a German „a“ pronunciation which I think doesn’t exist in the English language. Maybe only doing one L would make it less connected to the word „kill“? :)

I don't know about Catholics but pretty sure they don't use deacon, Deacons are in the New Testament there's a lot of verses about them. Deacons support the pastor. (if you know what an elder is it's very similar to a deacon).
