9:25 Hey, remember when it took like 10 guys with specialized equipment and gear to capture just one Parasaurolophus? Now it takes one fit guy with a rope to hold back an animal that weighs as much as 3½ pickup trucks.
As much as I like the ending, you could've end with Rexy, concluding her story... What happens is that Rexy is somewhere, alone, drinking near a river before spotting a herd of Parasaurolophus, roars at them with a chase, but then... *ROAR* ...a roar was herd from a distance. Rexy stops herself, in confused but in surprised... because it's not just some random roar, it's a roar...that she also has, and it could be... another one of her own? Curious, she responds with a roar, echoed through the valley, and she waited...before another roar responds her back, surprises her. She ran where the roar is coming from, and as she reaches there, there's nothing...but an open field... Rexy looks around, and she looks down in sadness, but not before a thumping sound coming from the other side. She looks in aggression as she is preparing herself until, a group of Rexes (Buck, Doe, Junior, Big Eatie, and Little Eatie) appears from the forest, and we get to see Rexy's expression of shock and disbelief, she found one of her one, spending 30 years alone makes her think that she is the last of her kind and letting her see one of her own brought tears in her eyes. The Rexes are circling around Rexy, accepting her, and it ends with Rexy doing her signature pose and a roar (call back from Jurassic Park 1993), before the screen cuts to black, credits.
Your rewrite was incredible man, definitely deserves more views and attention. I love how you really drove to work in characters we'd previously seen like Tim, Billy, Nick Van Owen and the Kirbys, in ways that flowed well and weren't the central focus. Really important as this is the final movie of the franchise. One of my favorite things you did was with the character deaths. This movie was a bloodbath and from a plot perspective, it's genius. It's one of the things I hate most about modern JW movies: they're scared of killing anyone we know, even to prove a point. Killing Berry, Billy, Zia, and Franklin very early on in the park was certainly a risky move to make, but I think they were all valid. Deaths of characters we know raises the stakes, and makes us hate the creatures that killed them. That's what I hated about Dominion, the Giga didn't DO anything. It didn't warrant being the villain because it didn't do anything to make us hate it directly. The only real issue I think I had with your story, is that you kind of made it seem like the Spinosaurus, Giga, Baryonyx, and Utahraptors were all in some sort of alliance, all working together and traveling together to kill. I honestly think that this could've been replaced by maybe a pack of Indoraptors or Atrociraptors that Ingen had been saving up to maybe ship out to a military sometime before Wu called everything off (with their leader perhaps having DNA from "The Big One" in Jurassic Park). That would make more sense than all those species somehow forming a bond. Then there's the final battle in Los Angeles. I can really see Universal doing something like this, especially with the battle in their own Studios. Henry Wu's sacrifice was great, and I give you SO MUCH CREDIT for having Claire die in the end. That took some real risk, but it was the right move. With the movie ending on such a somber note, it gave me Hunger Games vibes, which isn't a bad thing. But I loved the scene with all the characters in the end, especially Ian and Sarah's.
This was written so well. I was captivated the whole time. You understood what Dominion did wrong and really improved on it. A great conclusion, I honestly got really emotional at some parts of the story. Definitely nostalgia speaking haha. I got really sad, because Dominion felt like an insult to someone who really loves the first Jurassic Park movie and its moral questions, and this rewriting was so so much better than what we've got. It's sad, that they really didn't care for what they were doing, except making money of course. Anyway, Thank you and have a good one!
Some minor changes: 1) Dr. Wu works for Dodgson of BioSyn that has taken over the weakened Ingen. 2) Dr. Wu doesn't like how Dodgson operates creating and selling the Indomenous Raptors as they have been refined for processing as directed killers. Secret Wars.
This is the second rewrite I’ve seen and it’s awesome , it has an “independence day” vibe. The only con is the relationship between Claire and Maisie , after everything that happened in “Jurassic world” , and during “fallen kingdom” . I’d think Claire would be more opened to having kids by now.
2:58 maybe you could rewrite the prologue because giga living in the time period where trex is inaccurate so make the rewrited prologue center around gigas backstory so it would make sense like give him a sad backstory which will make him an actual villain
It doesn’t really matter; the series is already super unrealistic anyway, so this doesn’t make much of a difference. Plus, the past Giga isn’t the same as the current Giga- they might share DNA but they aren’t the same individual
@@justyouravgmegalon I know that they aren't the same individual I only talked about rewriting the prologue center around giga only not saying they are the same individual I didn't even brought that up 💀

@@therealinsta911 I don't want to be rude or mean to you, but, why did you choose the Brachiosaurus to be the one to fight against the Giganotosaurus in the final battle and not the Tyrannosaurus Rex?, like, isn't the Tyrannosaurus Rex supposed to fight the Giganotosaurus in the final battle?
@@alexiregonzalez6148I actually thought it would be a nice change of pace to also give the herbivores some time to shine! I think Rexy has also been given a lot of the spotlight with killing the spino and raptors :)
A superior conclusion would be the defeat of the Giganotosaurus (though not its destruction) at the hands of Rexy and the other T-Rexs, resulting in the loss of the Giganotosaurus' status as the dominant predator in the valley. The film could have concluded with the injured Giganotosaurus roaming the valley, as it would have been more fitting to allow the audience to witness the creature's recovery. The death of Zeb was an unnecessary and inappropriate plot device.
Nah! I just don't feel like this is how Jurassic world dominion works.I mean I do like the ones that were in the movie like the chase scene,Alan and Ellie getting together, and the dinosaur battle. But too many of the characters were killed off and there wasn't enough dinosaurs in it.The carnivores were acting like monsters instead of being animals like how did they become killing machines like the indominus Rex and the indoraptor;I'm not saying is a bad movie rewrite but it not a very good rewrite either.
That’s fair. The dinosaurs from InGen are meant to be like monsters since they were designed that way. The others I believe acted more like animals. But to each their own :)
