Lincolnshire Police. Doesn't surprise me. I've just had a 5 figure sum from them after one of their Sergeant's unlawfully arrested, assaulted & falsely imprisoned me, and took the case all the way to court before it collapsed. In their own letter they said that "Sergeant Mosley acted in an arbitrary fashion and then sought to cover up what he had done".
They then turn up here last Saturday at 2030 because "someone has complained about a moving camera on your house" - the same PTZ camera installed in 2016 after Mosley unlawfully entered the property etc & a matter which is outside of the jurisdiction of Lincolnshire Police entirely. They were told to leave. From behind a closed door, using a smart doorbell as an intercom.
Mosley is now in charge of the Spalding area....Oh dear.

@J Thorsson. "Gun him down"? In America, with your Militarised Police Forces, see how long it takes for literally hundreds of Cop's to show up, with their Military grade Weapons & Vehicles, & absolutely waste you if you shoot a Cop! Private land or not!
Anyway, what exactly is your definition of "Freedom"? The right to carry a gun? How does this make you "Free"? Countries such as Russia also permit certified people to Legally carry weapons so are they as "Free" as you? No, the illusion of Freedom in America is just exactly that. An Illusion! You certainly don't get a fair trial 99% of the time with all your "Freedom" either! Perhaps that's why US have the highest Per Capita number of inmates, not only in Western Civilisation, but in the entire World! Higher than China, Russia, North Korea absolutely everywhere! Some Freedom there bro!

A letter to the CC stating a complaint about this constables inability to understand and accept the refusal of his offer at the beginning will also be worth the effort. Persistence after refusal is nothing short of bullying and in this case its called 'bullying from behind a uniform' they dislike being called bullys and any written complaint gets a lengthy reply in utter squirm, I know cos Ive had them, they ramble on that the officer (should say constable) is only advising. Letters get replies and they go up a level every time you respond, this takes resources and it costs them. Sadly our police forces respond in writing more effectively than they do on the ground only because they are aware of the traceability and potential cost they fear on the horizon. DO IT it works.

The latter is generally what I do, especially with the previous one I watched about breach of the peace, I go out of my way to make sure I do not have anything to do with them whatsoever, especially since yeah non of this surprises me it's the same way around the country both two relatives of mine have been policemen, now left the force due to how stupid some of them were simply put, my uncle was a Sargent and his son was a constable. I won't go into why my kind of nephew I suppose (essentially he's my late Grandmothers late sisters Grandson effectively) though it was in an entirely different area Tynemouth and that general area they can be absolute cunts.
The warrant numbers they have because of a restructuring got to the point when they'd restructured the neighboring constabulary I suppose merging some had their numbers replaced, they got very childish some of them over some others taking their number, so he got tired of all that shite and left effectively (excuse spelling only using the default spell checker on this, and it's not British English lol and have only just woken up literally haha).
In a nutshell non of this crap (either of the two or three videos I have watched really surprises me at all).

OK you've heard the allegation - then you say thank you and then you close the door. You are not required to take part in the police investigation of a complaint

Tell them you would be willing to go for questioning if the police guarantee immunity from arrest!

Holy shit, i was actually an idiot when i signed one of these shortly after i arrived in the UK from living in the US. I had some run in with a motorist who threatened to just run me over the next time. He passed way too close to my liking at a pedestrian crossing pinch point where i was squeezed to the side of the road and i confronted him after catching up with him. A member of the public saw our stand off. When i went to leave after giving this idiot grief he ran up behind me and dragged/pulled me off of my bike as i was waiting at the stop sign to rejoin traffic. I thought he wanted to fight so i grabbed my metal barrel pump and broke his finger. So like an idiot even thought he was the aggressor the pricks in uniform got my stupid self to admit that i even started this shit then. Fat chance i will ever talk to police again. Thanks you dirty pigs. I learned my lesson.

Perhaps a better frame of reference for the Magna Carta part is from Halsburys Laws of England? In Civil Law penalties are unenforceable. Penalties in English law are contractual terms which are not enforceable in the courts because of their penal character. Since at least 1720 it has been accepted as a matter of English contract law that if a provision in a contract constitutes a penalty, then that provision is unenforceable by the parties.
Bill of Rights Act 1689: "all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void".
If the Police or any other "official" offers you to pay a fine quote this.

This asshat cop is just fishing for this guy to incriminate himself. If they had enough to arrest him, he would.

An allegation is enough to arrest. But this comment shows you dont know what an arrest means.

I used to have respect for the police before I had any knowledge of them via videos such as this.now I have not a drop of respect or liking for them. It's sickening these people think they have power they don't.

I know you are busy helping the less informed people see through these beasts but if you ever did find time in your schedule would you consider a live stream q&a ? I have so many things I would love to ask you as I constantly get hassle and would love some verbal ammo to be able to throw at them , you are an absolute hero and I thank you for making me aware of so many things already, love and beat wishes from devon
