How do you plant them? And also, if you plant them by plugs, can you keep the wool then plant them? ( not removing the wool from the roots of the plant)

quick question. I'm a beginner to aquascaping and I have a small 10 gal tank with a DIY CO2 system and two 10w floodlights. would I be able to grow this plant there? or a carpet of this plant? thanks (:

i think you need more lights and pressure CO2 system( you can control your CO2 much better ) plus plant food.
