If after watching this, one walks away still thinking we should not advise an obese person to lose weight and instead share “body positivity,” they are blinded by feelings instead of facts. This poor woman should have never been chosen to climb anything in her shape. It’s difficult to think this production team picked her for any legitimate reason. They were PC, thinking no one should be eliminated, but they have placed her in a very dangerous situation, as well as she for herself... and ignoring this limitation is serious. Obesity has multitudes of negative effects on our body. Lying to everyone about it isn’t helping anyone.

I'm watching this, and I would say this team is not ready for a mountain climb.
A joke.
I have watched previous adventures.
This adventure is laughable.
In my humble opinion not ready for such a serious adventure.

I wish I could say to Paula that overcoming anxiety is like weight training: Challenging yourself with a small task. Then keep building on the victories. It may not be easy at first. But well worth the struggle as you gain confidence.
