I drank for 52 years and this is my 10th day sober. I acused my stepson of mislaying my workshed key. I've just found it in my other raincoat pocket! And id have done that in the middle of the day. No more! I am now going to be on the ball!! Thanks for these videos. 🎉
Today is Sunday, I was sober this weekend and the whole week before.. I haven’t done that in years.. sitting alone in my apartment was a reality check, the urge was strong Friday afternoon.. after that I felt better.. waking up clear headed was really nice .. I’m tired of being tired.. yea you’re right ! This is crazy.
It's amazing to hear that you've taken such a big step towards sobriety! It sounds like a powerful experience, and waking up clear-headed is definitely a win. Keep pushing forward!
I liked this interview a lot. It's inspiring to hear you and Max talk about the changes that occur after quitting drinking. Thanks for continuing to create great content. I find it very helpful!
I fig'd it out in 89 and i really dont think about it,the coping, the real life, feeling the change, knowing the difference too, sober is better lifestyle, dont worry it gets easier, dont think about the way it was 📵☮️🌌💙
I was three months on the 20th. I will talk as well. I’m 39, twins that are 5 and an executive. Stopped drinking because career, family, and two trips to the hospital because pancreatic problems.

So excited for a new interview! The talk about the sense of freedom resonated with me so much. That’s been one of my biggest “pros” of sober life.

I can relate to all that was discussed. This was a good episode. Thank you for having a regular joe blow on the show. Nice work. Keep it up.
Excellent point! It‘s so emancipating 😂😂 not to drink.

Fun to listen to!!
I’d be more than happy to talk about my story with drinking and how I used it to cope with PPD & PMDD. For all the moms out there!
