Personally I prefer just bits of the weekly shop but love a food haul
I do enjoy your shopping hauls. I like to see what other families buy and eat. Gives me ideas and I suppose im inquisitive! 😂😂
Personally Rhi I wouldn’t do the come shop with me, purely because it is soooo much extra hassle for you. It’s not something I tend to sit and watch through really either so unless you were going anyway I think I’d stick with doing the haul and menu plan which is great for ideas 😊 I liked seeing the snippets of the food actually cooked as well which I don’t find many creators do, that was really good. Thanks Rhi! Love the videos 😊 xx

I once had a man come fix my dishwasher and he said it's better for your machine to keep your salt and rinse agent topped up and use the cheaper tablets that aren't all in one as it prevents build up.
I don’t think I need to see the whole “come shop with me” but definitely the haul. Also, because you are trying new places to shop I would like to see an “afterthought” video. Was getting the off brands worth it or do u prefer the name brands? How did the dinners turn out using aldi brands etc
Pink lady is a variety of apples! Haha😂 thoroughly enjoyed your come shopping with me but personally I would prefer if you incorporated a few clips into a weekly vlog. Do love your grocery hauls more of those please 😊

I enjoy the hauls and meal planning videos you create. I enjoyed the Aldi come shop with me as I go do in our local Aldi sometimes as a change from Tesco online. It’s interesting to see the different products though I end up doing a top up shop elsewhere as they don’t have the biggest choice of things. I love the fake Slimming World lunch pots to take to work. X
I like the hauls, the ‘come shop with me’ vlogs are too much for me to watch personally and I don’t feel they’re necessary

My kids like a crisp juicy apple. The gala apples are a no go, they're always soft and my kids won't eat them. So I buy pink lady or jazz apples most of the time now x
Magnum dishwasher tablets are great. I always bought these until trying fairy platinum tablets - they are pricey but leave the dishes super clean and smelling amazing

I like the hauls, the come shop with me’s maybe aren’t necessary too often and also if it takes a whole morning and you live far away from shops maybe don’t worry about it too much, you run around all week so just show us what you get but don’t stress yourself out about it ❤️love your videos

I love watching grocery hauls of all formations (in store as well as online) but then we don't have Aldi, Morrisons or Waitrose in Northern Ireland so that always makes me a wee bit nosey as to the differences between each supermarket. I'd love to see more in store videos too but if it inconveniences you too much in terms of petrol and time don't go pushing yourself; though on the other hand you did get two videos and the week's shopping out of a morning's outing so it could be considered time well spent if you made a series out of it. You're the one who has to put the work in so if the amount of time spent creating a series is going to make you dread doing it then don't make yourself. Online videos will be perfectly fine.

I think jazz apples are ok as an alternative to the pink lady. And also love the Aldi groovy bars!

With bolognese I would just cook the two diff types of pasta, it’s the same as cooking two curry sauces. Love the haul videos 😊
I don’t really watch the come shop with me. I prefer the just the hauls x
I find Tescos fruit & Veg stay fresher longer, I'm much better ordering online and it's so convenient, I tend to split it in two deliveries, Monday and a Friday x
The protein bars are my favourite ❤ the protein puddings and mouses from Aldi are also delicious

I'm also quite particular when it comes to apples. I'm not sure how available they are in the UK, but Elstar apples are always good. A nice crunch to it, sweet and slightly sour. Pink lady's is also up there in terms of quality. The only 2 options for me.
As for the frozen veg debate. I'm pretty sure that they are even better than fresh. Not only do they last longer, but the nutrients in them are better preserved compared to fresh which slowly diminishes after they have been picked. (not a food scientist but I'm sure there are plenty of sources confirming this). So it really would not be rational to go through so much more effort for very little (if any at all to be honest) benefit. You are doing great!

151 is a good price though, yes you picked up extras but I think you got a lot for your money. Also, I pronounce praline as pray-leen. But I'm in the southern US so maybe don't take my word for it. 😆

I find the fruit and veg are terrible in lidl and aldi they are starting to spoil by the time you put them in your trolley lol x
I only like crisp apples don’t like them soft I apparently have expensive taste in apples
You should get what's called a "salad spinner" if you can get one in the UK. It's very good at getting wet lettuce dried faster. I am at a loss for suggesting what you can do with the dirty rice. Most things that go with it aren't common foods in the UK and might not be foods that your kids would want to try. Creole and Cajun food might be difficult to cook in Wales in terms of finding ingredients and recipes for someone not used what they should be like, but I'd love to see you and the kids try your hands at something like that one day. Maybe when they're older they'll have more adventurous taste buds. I don't know if this happens in the UK, but people in the US discovered years ago that some food products are made by the same company and just put under different names to be sold to various shops at different prices with usually only very minor differences, if any.
