Today, I am making delicious banana pancakes. This recipe is perfect for using up any bananas you have lying around, even those overripe, blackened ones. They add a wonderful sweetness and flavor to our pancakes. Here’s what you’ll need:
2 bananas
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
220 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
200 grams of flour
1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder
Let’s get started and make some scrumptious banana pancakes!
