雨と休日｜Ame-to-kyujitsu

2021年2月28日に12周年を迎えた「雨と休日」
京王線北野駅から歩いて15分ほどの場所にある実店舗を訪れました。
「雨と休日」は「穏やかな音楽を集める」というコンセプトを元に2009年西荻窪にて営業をスタートしました。
建物の事情のため、2014年末に西荻窪の店舗をやむなく閉店。
オンラインショップのみの期間を経て、2019年5月に都心から離れた八王子の地で新たに実店舗をオープンさせました。
店内には店主・寺田氏によってセレクトされたCDがコメントと共に並んでいます。
“Ame-to-kyujitsu (means “rain and holiday” in Japanese) ” has celebrated its 12th anniversary on February 28, 2021.
I have visited their brick-and-mortar store, which is about a 15-minute walk from Kitano Station on the Keio Line.
Based on the concept of “quiet, slow and gentle music for ordinary days”, this shop had started its business in Nishiogikubo in 2009.
Due to the building condition, the Nishiogikubo store had to be closed at the end of 2014.
After specialized in online store for a while, the new store opened on May 2019 in the land of Hachioji, away from the city center.
Inside the store, CD selections handpicked by the owner, Mr. Terada, are lined up with his endorsement.
