In stratified sampling various strata is formed on various basis as in form of gender,age,sex, behaviour
Just for easy & convenient..
And it helps to represent sampling in better manner even saves time and lack biases

Clustered sampling
As in different state or district the sampling is done but in form of various groups
As like randomly different state are choosen and by same method different districts of choosen states are selected then at end randomly specific place like school hospital are choosen and some members from those place are selected from whom questions is asked
