I remember very well that, this is the only bunglow with huge compound since 1972 on that part of Ashram Road. It was for sale in those days for Rs. 35,00,000/-. But it was not easy to purchase, as at that time value of rupee was at least 20 tines more that today. It is really a nice location give memory of old bunglow with big green compound.
