Yes I agree I don't think that people realise even single people apartments aren't good when you want to entertain a family of 20 like nieces nephews cousins mother's fathers in-laws you know their spouses you need room to entertain these people and if they were there come.from.far and their drinking alcohol do you want to be able to have four bedrooms to sort of put them up in

Let's see what happens to your table-bed when someone spills their drink. And the bed that lowers from the ceiling over a jacuzzi is just asking for mold troubles. There is a reason that a bed, a dining table, and a bathtub are all in separate rooms.
I agree with @Kiki DaPiki's comment. I mean, those are all creative ideas, to be sure, but if something is so high-tech and expensive that only the rich can afford it, then how helpful can it really be? 🤨
The Bookcase bed is just for guest rooms a good idea. You can't use much of the given space, because it would be stupid to load and unload much on a daily basis...maybe it would be better to find a better use for the backside. A pop-out desk/table like in 8:50 more sense.
I have one liner for all these “Jack of all trades but master of none”. The way these things are complex anyone can frustrate in few days easily. Complex system doesn’t exists longer in daily life…
