Thank you for uploading this one. I have seen this opera in 92 with the same cast except Lucio Gallo as Figaro. I can still recall the evening and it was wonderful :-)

I saw only act II (as part of Haitink Farewell Gala) with Allen, Felicity Lott, Feruccio Furlanetto, Alice Coote and Sally Matthews (not a bad cast :-). It was only a one-off occasion, but looked as if the performers had had a long rehearsal period behind them. There was also plenty of chemistry on stage - pity they couldn't do the whole thing!
