I always love watching this little digger!!! The only thing is I think your relief valve may be stuck or somthing because it shouldn’t be cutting your machine off when digging a big scoop or overloading it, instead your relief valve should bypass the excess pressure and not cut the engine off

I'm sorry, but I'm only now seeing what you wrote, the machine was set up by the previous owner, the bypass valve really doesn't open in time. This carries with it some danger, but in many cases the extra tearing force created in this way comes in handy. With a little care, this state can be maintained for a long time, I do not plan to reset the built-in protection.
