I'm glad I found this series late because it kind of destroyed all the bars I have as a standard for what good BL drama should be. I don't think I'll find any other BL drama that could top this series. No wonder Chinese Gov banned it, it's just so powerful. Not just Timmy Xu is super gorgeous, but every other aspect of this drama is good: chemistry between the lead chars, their looks, the scenery, the set, the weather, the casts, the dialogue, the cam angles, the acting, etc. Sighhh. I'm re-watching this while reading the novel simultaneously. It really makes it better because you can read the character's inner monologue. This is my 3rd rewatch and it feels like I'm watching it again for the first time because of the new insights I've found in the novel. I highly recommend reading it!

gabberdoo21 I think it's ok to watch first so you can have a character reference once you read the novel because character names can sometimes get confusing. This is just my personal preference it's up to you which to begin first. I also highly recommend to start your reading with chapter 1 because there are a LOT of "juicy chapters" that they skipped and there are characters they removed on the series so you won't get that character if you skipped reading the chapters they covered in the series. I'll comment the link of the novel later it's on my other device. Enjoy watching!

I just finished the books and they are sooo good. GH and BLY, Glad that they have a happy ending. 🥺🥺🥺. Book 2 is even better than book 1. Everytime I read the novel, I always see Jingyu and WeiZhou doing all the scenes in the books. The book shows that they are so inlove with each other. 🥺🥺🥺. I got sad the book ends. 😭😭😭

this webseries is the one that got me to love BL series and novel. although i had read the novel, but i still have a hope they will make a season 2 with a real casts. well i know its impossible, beside the ban, I'm not sure huang jing yu want to play a BL series again

i still love addicted. Adiictedso phenomenal, successfull and memorable. Character Gu Hai and Bai Luo Yin so strong so iconic. Chemistry between Johny HUang Jingyu and Timmy Xu so beautiful. So many scene memorabel can;t forget. You are My Medecine so memorable. So many scene romantic can,t forget. I always remember addicted is one of the best drama BK inthe world. Wish Johny and Timmy happiness, success for their career. I hope one day they can act together again in the next drama.
