1 - Poco dance (0:45) (created by Poco Lee)
2 - crossover or criss cross legwork (easy version) (1:15)
2 - crossover or criss cross legwork (1:32)
3 - side kick legwork (1:50/2:01)
4 - up & down (like Poco dance but up/down instead of fwd/back) (2:31)
5 - backwards legwork (the reverse of #2) (3:09)
6 - butterfly legwork (3:53/4:18)
Butterfly legwork is not that hard. There are lots of good tutorials on it. I like Rosey Lucci's (she calls it happy feet). You guys are doing it right. The only thing people should know is that the "standing foot" (the one *not* being lifted high) rotates heel-toe-heel-toe on diagonals (known as "happy feet"), and you can do one heel-toe, or several in a row before the hop/leg lift. That turning in and out of the leg is why it's called "butterfly" legwork, like butterfly wings opening and closing.
I didn't know #3 or #4 so I appreciate this video! I've seen #4 a ton but never know it was its own kind of legwork. As always, you are so much fun. Love the exit at the end of the video. 😄
