I understood the whole practical clearly but I uave one question....... Why we don't add the blood drop directly on the slides containing respective drops of antisera solutions?

We can add it directly, but here we are using normal saline with blood as it will not dry suddenly as it happens with blood only. So students can see it for some time. Thanks. Please keep sharing.
